2. Description of the Service
PriceMyOutfit allows users to upload outfit photos and receive AI-generated feedback estimating how expensive the outfit visually appears.
The service includes:
- Image analysis using artificial intelligence.
- A perceived outfit value estimate based on visible clothing, accessories, fit, tailoring, materials, styling cohesion, condition, layering, luxury indicators, and overall presentation.
- A usage-limited access model.
- Optional rewarded advertisements for continued use.
The estimate is not a verified retail price, resale appraisal, or judgment of the person in the image.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use PriceMyOutfit.
PriceMyOutfit is intended for adults and is not designed for or directed at children or minors.
By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Upload only images you have the right to use.
- Have appropriate permission if you submit photos of other people.
- Not upload illegal, harmful, exploitative, intimate, or inappropriate content.
- Not misuse the service or attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions.
You are responsible for the content you submit.
5. Content Restrictions
We may refuse to process images that:
- Do not contain a visible person or worn outfit.
- Show too little of the outfit to make a meaningful estimate.
- Show multiple outfits without a clear main subject.
- Are too blurred, dark, obstructed, or low resolution to analyze.
- Are inappropriate, illegal, or violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to block or reject content at our discretion to maintain safe and appropriate use of the service.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The feedback provided by the App is generated by artificial intelligence.
- Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or subjective.
- The feedback is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- It is not professional fashion, financial, valuation, purchasing, or styling advice.
PriceMyOutfit does not verify retail prices, identify hidden brands, or guarantee that an outfit has or appears to have any specific monetary value, brand value, quality level, or social effect.
The App is not intended to evaluate attractiveness, body shape, wealth, status, identity, personality, legal status, or eligibility for any opportunity.
7. Usage Limits
The App provides a limited number of free uses per period, for example monthly.
After these free uses are exhausted, you may continue using the service by watching a rewarded advertisement before each additional review.
Free uses:
- Are reset periodically, for example monthly.
- Have no monetary value.
- Are non-transferable.
We may change usage limits or how access to the service is provided at any time.
8. Rewarded Ads
After your free uses are exhausted, you may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to perform an additional review.
- Ads are provided by third-party providers such as Google AdMob.
- We do not control the content of advertisements.
- A review is only made available after the ad has been successfully completed and verified.
We may change how advertisements are used within the App at any time.
9. Data Deletion
You may delete your data using the in-app deletion feature or by contacting support.
Deletion removes your stored data and may reset your usage history and available free uses.
We may retain limited technical or anonymized data where necessary for security or abuse prevention.
10. Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be:
- Uninterrupted.
- Error-free.
- Always available.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PriceMyOutfit is provided "as is" and "as available".
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
- This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on AI-generated feedback, decisions made based on results, and loss of data or content.
12. Abuse and Misuse
We may take action if we detect misuse, including:
- Limiting access.
- Blocking usage.
- Preventing repeated attempts to bypass usage limits.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you in the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
